Returns & Delivery Policy
Returns accepted within 14 days if the kit has not been opened.
As the derma roller is a sterile product we will not accept returns if the seal has been broken.
If you wish to return your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason you wish to have a refund. The customer service team at Real Beauty will then manage your return.
If 14 days have passed since your order was made then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
You must return your products to the address we can give you if you request it from us. Unless you’re returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by you.
Refunds will be issued to the full value excluding postage charges.
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail. Our standard delivery by Royal Mail can take up to 5 working days.
Any orders received on Friday after 4pm will be dispatched the following Monday morning. Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday. If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, for some international countries there a maximum order quantity of 4 items.
